VILLA FLORENCIA is located in Fondi, halfway between Sperlonga and Terracina. The villa was built in 1986 and lays on a lakeside in a peaceful and green area. The seaside is only a mile away and it is close to the main towns and places of most interest in Lazio.
The villa has two separate entrances and central heating. The sitting room has a fireplace and it is wonderfully furnished, with beautiful paintings, posters and batiques at the walls. Trinkets, ceramics and ornamentations come from all around the world and everything has been placed with special attention to the contest. The main bedroom is spacious and nicely furnished with colourful ethnic influences, a window that overlooks the garden, a mirror, stereo and of course a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The pili pili bedroom is brand new with a comfortable poster bed and access to the patio. The third bedroom, has a single bed, but it is very large and can easily accomodate two children. Also in the living room, there is a double bed davenport. The two bathrooms are newly restored and the big kitchen is provided with washing machine, fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven, microwave and grill.
The villa has a patio with tables, chairs and armchairs to relax. The real joy on sunny days is the garden, the perfect spot for a glass of wine in the afternoon looking at the garden full of flowers and trees. The gazebo is near the outdoor oven & tiles external oven, where we enjoy cooking pizza and grilled food. The roof terrace has been recently restored and it's supplied with deck chairs and bar area. Our place is comfortable, ideal to relax and to make excursions to explore the archaeological surrounding area.
